Okay so chocolate and peanut butter has to be one of the best combinations of food put together and who said it needs to be unealthy? In fact I'm a firm believer that you can be fit, healthy and have the body you've always wanted and still eat food that you love. That's why in my programs I like to make desserts that are "cheating" without actually cheating. Just like this chocolate peanut butter dessert bowl that comes straight out of my latest F.I.T. program. So rather than feeling deprived you get to satisfy your sweet toothe and still get the body you've dreamed of. Not only does this taste great but it also provides the body with a good protein boost.
1 cup of plain Greek yoghurt
1/2 scoop (15g/0.5 oz.) of natural protein powder
1/2 to 1 tbsp. of raw cacao powder
1 tbsp. of natural peanut butter (option: any natural nut butter)
Stevia, to sweeten
1. Place yoghurt in a bowl and add the proteinpowder. Stir well.
2. Add the raw cacao, peanut butter and stevia and mix again.
