It's always been a dream of mine to help women feel more confident in their own skin. My F.I.T. programs aren't just about getting abs and a perky butt, they're about empowering women to become the best versions of themselves. When you learn to look after yourself, both physically and mentally, you really can experience true happiness. Just like Ally here, who has not only had an amazing physical transformation, but her entire outlook on life has changed. "Before this plan I had never ever looked at my body in the mirror and been happy or proud, but now I can say that with every passing day. I started FIT Phase 1 on the 7th May 2015 and completed it with great results before moving on to Phase 2. I am currently repeating Phase 1 with heavier weights. My starting bodyweight was 71.6kg and I am now 65.0kg. Not only that, but I've seen my legs become much more defined, my quads in particular. I also have arm definition for the first time in my life! Not all my changes have been physical, though, and my mental health has improved so much since eating clean and doing the workouts, I'm honestly the happiest I've ever been and I am proud and motivated when I look in the mirror!
