When going through the process of creating my F.I.T program, I really wanted to develop something that would transform people’s lives. Making both physical and mental changes will provide the best results. In my experience, when I made the conscious decision to become healthy, active and more positive, so many aspects of my life just fell into place. For as long as I could remember I was upset, depressed and had a terrible opinion of myself. After years of being like this I finally had a moment of clarity that led me to the realization that only I could bring the changes to my life that would allow me to be happy. I guess the results of years of trial and error and personal life experience equipped me with the knowledge that allowed me to create my F.I.T program. F.I.T stands for Fitness, Inspiration, Transformation, and this is exactly what you will find in my F.I.T program.

I wish all those years ago I had a blueprint to getting my life back on track. Knowing very little about healthy food and exercise, I found myself making a lot of mistakes along the way. That being said, with all the trial and error, I eventually found my way. I was able to transform my life from being the unhealthy, negative and depressed girl, to a woman who is confident, strong and positive.

My F.I.T program is my blueprint for you to get into the best  of your life, both physically and mentally. F.I.T Phase 1 (Full Body)
Will introduce you to your new healthy life. It’ll give you all the tools you need to get started and on the right track. F.I.T Phase 2 (Legs and Booty)
Will take you to the next level. We will start to focus on focus areas of your body to improve your overall physique. F.I.T Phase 2 is a program for your entire body with a focus on your legs and booty. You’ll be provided with workouts for the gym or at home. There are detailed exercise tutorial videos that explain and demonstrate every exercise in the program. It has detailed 28 day shopping list and a food plan for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans.

F.I.T Phase 3 (Upper Body, Abs and Core)
Will round out your transformation. We will continue to build and improve on the fantastic results you’ve already acheived. F.I.T Phase 3 is a program for your entire body with a focus on your upper body, abs and core. You’ll be provided with workouts for the gym or at home. There are detailed exercise tutorial videos that explain and demonstrate every exercise in the program. It has a detailed 28 day shopping list and a food plan for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans.
