  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a blender.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana, peeled and chopped into chunks
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen are fine)
  • 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate

  • 250ml almond milk (I prefer the unsweetened kind)
  • 1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
